How do you decide what type of life insurance you need?

There are three key considerations when purchasing term life insurance:

1. The face amount- how much protection do you need?

   Generally it is recommended that you should prepare to cover 4 – 6 times your annual salary. Do you need to pay off a home mortgage or other type of loan? What about sending your kids to school?
